Appointment Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling or 48 hours for cancelling a session for full refund. Failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of your session, whether it is a single or package session. To make changes to your booking, you can easily do so by using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
